As part of ArtSpeak’s “A Tiny Bit Huge” initiative, I produced this profile on Evan Mallett, chef and owner of Black Trumpet, a landmark Portsmouth, NH restaurant. Evan is passionate about food, and especially focused on sustainability practices as well as preserving the heirloom heritage of our food.
