Hi, I'm Dan.
I spent 20 years in creative and video work, and now I'm in real estate, licensed to sell property in New Hampshire and Maine and brokered by Portside Real Estate Group in Portsmouth.
The short version of how I work: I read MLS data the way some people read box scores. Every Monday I publish what the market actually did the week before, broken out by price band and by town, and I publish it whether the news is interesting or boring. That habit started because I wanted to understand this market myself, and it turned out to be the most useful thing I do for clients.
The reason I show my work is pretty simple. This market makes a lot more sense when somebody shows you the numbers instead of using urgency to win your business. If you want an agent who leads with data instead of headlines, we'll probably get along.
I also handle new construction, which is its own thing: different timelines, different contracts, different risks. I work on the marketing side for a custom builder as well, so I've seen that process from both ends.
About thirty miles around Portsmouth, give or take.
My weekly data covers 49 towns across the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine, roughly three rings out from Portsmouth. That's where I know the streets, the inventory and the pace well enough to be genuinely useful.
That boundary is about depth, not a fence. I regularly work with clients buying and selling outside it, with closed transactions as far as Cumberland, Maine and New London, New Hampshire. If we're a good fit and your move is a bit further out, ask me anyway.
What I've had my name on.
Active and recently closed, on both sides of the table. A short list is an honest list: I'd rather you see the real one than a page of stock photos.
