I operate from Portside Real Estate Group's Portsmouth office. The towns here are geographically closest to me, and as such receive the bulk of my attention. Each week I run an indepth analysis against a fixed set of 49 towns across the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine. I occasionally research beyond this market because I'm naturally curious, and because I choose to work with people that sometimes want to buy or sell beyond the 25 mile radius I concentrate on.

The outer ring is a deliberate "wider context" list, not a catch-all for unmatched towns. It covers a range of towns (Epping, NH ~16 mi) out to the edge of this 30-mile view (Springvale, ME ~27 mi).
This is my home market. It's not my only interest.
My weekly Market Pulse stays inside this map on purpose. It's small enough that I can actually know it, not just report on it. But real estate doesn't stop at a 30-mile ring, and neither do I.
I regularly work with clients buying or selling outside this area, with closed transactions as far as Cumberland ME and New London NH. I also review data beyond the 30 mi outer ring, especially when working with strategic partners in new construction and land management. A town falling outside this list doesn't mean I'm not interested, so please reach out directly.
